Introduction
Church. It is one of those things that we just go to most weeks, do the same things, meet the same people, blah, blah, blah. Right! Wrong. Church has a huge place in God’s unfolding purpose for this world, and in his plans that reach into eternity. It is one of those familiar things we can take for granted. The church, together with the Holy Spirit, is God’s tool to bring the word of God to bear in each others lives and in the lives of those who do not know him yet.
We have a heavenly purpose that should blow our minds and shape the way each and every one of us thinks of church, comes to church and what we do at church.
This course is designed to help fuel our ministry one to another at church. And by church I mean more than just the Sunday service. It includes Bible Study, and the various other ways we serve one another in the meantime between Sundays. While this course focuses on what we do on Sunday, it can very easily be transferred to bible study, meeting with other Christians individually, over coffee ...
